- Service Delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including account provisioning, Platform access, emissions monitoring, data reporting, and customer support.
- Communications: To respond to your inquiries, send service-related notices, provide technical alerts, and deliver updates about regulatory changes or product enhancements relevant to your operations.
- Marketing: To send promotional communications about LongPath products, services, events, and industry news, where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Account information associated with active Client relationships is retained for the duration of the service engagement and for a period of three (3) years following termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law or your service agreement. Career applicant data is retained for up to two (2) years following the conclusion of the application process.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
